Bush Play
Due to popular demand – “Bush Play” is our school holiday version of our fun and interactive preschool program “Bush Buddies”. This is a great way to encourage young children to interact and connect with Australian animals and nature, in an engaging learning outdoor environment.
For: 2-4 year olds (and their supervising adult)
Next date: Wednesday 8th & 15th / Thursday 9th & 16th
Time: 10am - 10:45am
Duration: 45 minutes
Cost: $12.80 (does not include park entry)
Capacity: 12 children per session
Bush Kids
We encourage you to connect with your child in nature and with animals at Cleland Wildlife Park each school holidays. Join in on the fun. It’s a great opportunity to be outdoors and discover more about our amazing wildlife we share our world with, whilst exploring Cleland Wildlife Park and making new friends. The school holiday program is jam-packed with fun activities, encouraging curiosity through nature-based hands-on learning opportunities, whilst meeting our local resident animals along the way.
In a relaxed outdoors environment, kids and adults will participate in a variety of animal and nature-based related activities, fun for all ages!
For: 5-10 year olds (and their supervising adult)
Next date: Monday 6th & 13th / Tuesday 7th & 14th
Time: 10am – 10:45am
Duration: 45 minutes
Cost: $12.80 (does not include park entry)
Capacity: 12 children per session
Parents must have either valid Cleland membership or purchased a single day park entry.

Junior Wildlife Keeper
If you love animals and nature and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty, this program is for you! Join us for a morning at Cleland Wildlife Park, where you’ll connect with like-minded animal lovers and get up-close with some amazing wildlife.
Join us for an unforgettable morning where you and your child step into the boots of a Wildlife Keeper! This exclusive program offers a rare chance for families to get hands-on and behind the scenes with our amazing animals.
Please note a guardian must attend with their child.
Available: Fridays (only in the school holidays)
Time: 9:30am – 12:30pm
Duration: 3 hours
Cost: $112
Capacity: 4 participants per session
**When booking you will have the opportunity to purchase your very own Junior Wildlife Keeper cap (extra cost).
Children's University: 3-hour stamps for children’s university passport once completed.

Self-Guided Trail
Each school holidays there is a self-guided trail available, that is designed for children, allowing them to explore nature and animals of Cleland Wildlife Park, while learning all about the importance if plants and animals we share our world with. Each school holidays there are new fun themes, so watch this space for updates.

Creature close up/chat
Get up close with one of our fascinating creatures and enjoy an interactive chat where you’ll discover surprising facts and ask all your burning questions.
