COVID-19 update

Page updated: Thursday 14 April 2022

Cleland Wildlife Park is open.

The park is open every day from 9:30 am to 5 pm and there is still lots to see and do in our huge open-range spaces, with plenty of animals freely roaming and on display, as well as informative daily keeper talks.

We take the safety of our visitors and staff seriously, so you may notice some other changes at the sites as we:

  • make some changes to our café area and hire facilities
  • make hand sanitiser available for visitors
  • encourage visitors to observe social distancing (1.5 metres rule)
  • encourage good hand and respiratory hygiene as much as possible
  • increase cleaning of facilities
  • install signage to help visitors understand current restrictions and advice.

Please contact us if you have any questions. For information about individual experiences please click here

Please continue to follow all directives on social distancing, comply with relevant limits on gatherings, wash your hands and do not visit if you feel unwell.
