Get active, offline, be hands-on, try new things! Let us ensure your kids have a day full of games, scavenger hunts, animal encounters, educational experiences and nature-based activities. 

Every school holidays we have a new theme to ensure your children are motivated to engage, learn and conserve.

There are only 15 spots per day, so book now to avoid missing out.

Self Guided Trails 

Cleland Wildlife Park offers a variety of self-guided trails at different times of the year. These themed trails can be available during the school holidays and/or during the school term.

Self-guided trails are a great way to explore the park, they encourage children to see and discover amazing nature and animal facts at their own pace.

This year the Olympics Games are being held in Tokyo, Japan. Come to Cleland Wildlife Park these school holidays and take this exciting self-guided trail to discover some of the special features that help our amazing Aussie animals move around their habitats. Get active and have a go yourself!

Mini beasts of Cleland


This tour gives visitors the opportunity to see, touch and learn about the invertebrates here at Cleland Wildlife Park. Included is a visit to the Butterfly Enclosure with the Invertebrate Coordinator, in groups of 4 people.

Tour Highlights:

Explore the world of invertebrates in the Ocean to Outback Centre and Butterfly Enclosure, with the Invertebrate Coordinator.

Learn fun and crazy facts about the insect world.

Be brave and step outside of your comfort zone – our Invertebrate Keeper will ensure you feel safe at all times.

Have an up-close and personal experience with stick insects and butterflies.

A great opportunity for budding nature photographers.
