Open daily except Christmas Day.
The park is just 20 minutes from the Adelaide city centre.
From the city, take Glen Osmond Road and the South Eastern Freeway. Exit the freeway at Crafers, turn left at the roundabout and follow Summit Road past Mount Lofty Summit Lookout to the Cleland Wildlife Park turn-off. The route is well signposted.
OR
Follow Greenhill Road into the Adelaide Hills. Turn right at Summit Road and follow to the Cleland turnoff. This route is more scenic, but the road is very windy and steep in areas.
Extensive free parking is available.

Cleland Wildlife Park is located within close proximity to other attractions including Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens, Mount Lofty Summit, Waterfall Gully and the broader conservation park. Other interesting attractions available to visitors within the area include Hahndorf, the Piccadilly Valley, an expanding local wine industry and a variety of bed and breakfast opportunities.
