Meet a Koala
Koalas are one of the most recognisable Australian animals, they are known and loved worldwide. Cleland is famous for its koala experiences – every day we provide opportunities to have unique and informative encounters with our inquisitive koalas and their passionate keepers.
The package includes:
Spend one-on-one time with an individual koala and its keeper.
Opportunity to take photographs, undisturbed by other visitors.
Learn about our local environment and the importance of habitat protection, not only for koalas but also other native flora and fauna

Please note that the koala experiences will not be held if temperatures are forecast to be 32 degrees and above at Mt Barker.
Please note, this is an intimate and up-close animal encounter. In order to settle and monitor our animals, Cleland’s Wildlife Keepers will also need to get up-close at times.
Age restrictions: 6 years and over (children age 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult).
